Art. 85. Dentro de veinticuatro horas despues de haber fondeado el buque, su Capitán, sobrecargo o consignatario solicitará del Jefe de la Aduana el permiso para descargar, el cual le será otorgado si hubiere presentado los documentos de que trata el articulo 59, o cumplido con lo que disponen los artículos 64, 65 i 66 de este Código.
