ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.27 . REGIMEN DE TASAS DE INTERES APLICABLE A LOS CERTIFICADOS DE DEPOSITO DE AHORRO A TERMINO. De acuerdo con el artículo 2º del Decreto 2994 de 1990, las secciones de ahorro de los bancos comerciales podrán convenir libremente con los depositantes las tasas de interés en las captaciones de ahorro que efectúen a través de certificados de depósito de ahorro a término.
