Decreto 1038 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 193 de la Ley 100 de 1993 - Convenio Minsalud-Icetex, para financiar mediante créditos a los profesionales de la salud.

º. Valor del crédito y forma de pago . La financiación a que se refiere el presente Decreto equivaldrá al monto de dos salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes, reconocidos mensualmente y se harán efectivos al término de cada trimestre, mientras dure el programa de especialización.

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 100 de 1993, el estudiante de especialización tendrá acceso a la seguridad social, de acuerdo con lo que se convenga en el Convenio Docente Asistencial.
