ARTICULO 2.3.1.66.- VENCIMIENTO DEL PLAZO. Vencido el plazo de los bonos convertibles, la sociedad emisora anotará tal circunstancia en el libro correspondiente y procederá a expedir los títulos definitivos de las acciones respectivas, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes.
