Art. 15. ° El Distrito capital tendrá las mismas autoridades y corporaciones electorales de que tratan las leyes vigentes sobre la materia; tres Senadores y los Representantes que le correspondan según su población.

° Los tres Senadores y sus suplentes serán elegidos por una Junta compuesta del Presidente de la República y de los Ministros del Despacho.

° Los Representantes y sus suplentes serán elegidos en la forma establecida en el artículo 33 de esta Ley.
