º De la prohibición de impotar sal para consumo humano. Prohíbese la importación de sal para consumo humano, excepto la que sea indispensable para usos científicos o terapéuticos. Las importaciones que se hagan con tales destinaciones necesitarán previamente concepto favorable de los Ministerios de Desarrollo Económico Y Salud. En consecuencia el Instituto de Comercio Exterior no podrá otorgar licencias para esta clase de importaciones sin la autorización expresa, en cada caso, de las entidades mencionadas.
