La organización interna de la Caja se ajustará a las siguientes normas: 1) Las unidades de primer nivel directivo se denominarán Subgerencia y Secretaria General 2) Las unidades operativas, incluidas las que atienden servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones, Seccionales y Grupos. 3) Las unidades que cumplen funciones de asesoría o coordinación se denominarán Oficinas o Comités y Consejos, cuando incluyan personas ajenas al organismo. 4) Las unidades que se creen para estudios o decisión de asuntos especiales se denominarán Comisiones o Juntas.
