Durante las reuniones del Congreso el total de los sueldos de la Secretaría del Senado no podrá exceder mensualmente de la suma de siete mil setenta y cinco pesos ($ 7.075), y durante el receso parlamentario, de la de dos mil quinientos pesos ($ 2.500) mensuales.
