Los trámites o las diligencias que deban preceder a la declaratoria de un despido colectivo de trabajadores se adelantarán en un plazo máximo de quince días hábiles. Concluidos los trámites o las diligencias, el Jefe de la División Departamental de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, emitirá el pronunciamiento a que haya lugar en un término máximo de diez días hábiles, contados desde la fecha de recibo del expediente.
