°. Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, salvo lo previsto en el artículo 3° el cual entrará a regir el 1° de octubre de 2010 y deroga el literal a) del artículo 49 del Decreto 2685 de 1999 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
