A partir del 1º de enero de 2001, los asesores 210-47, 210-48, 210-44, 210-43, 210-40, 210-39, 210-37.y 210-35 y los jefes de área del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República tendrán derecho, previa autorización del Director de dicho Departamento, a la Prima Técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
