Serán admitidos en el Servicio de Correo como "Efectos a Cobrar", los recibos, facturas y en general todos los títulos valores u otros pagaderos sin gastos, con sujeción a las disposiciones y reglamentación para tal efecto establezca la Administración Postal Nacional.
