Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo de Director General, así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Las certificaciones de los demás empleados del Instituto las expedirá el Secretario General o el funcionario en quien se delegue esta atribución.
