°. Los Jueces Permanentes ejercerán las funciones que les señalan los Decretos 650 de 1943 y 1641 de 1949, y serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Las multas que impongan los Jueces Permanentes ingresarán al Fondo Rotatorio Judicial del Ministro de Justicia.
