Art.16. o El sello sexto valdrá tres cuartillos de real, i servirá para las representaciones, copias de poderes, i demás documentos o diligencias que hubieren de practicar en sus negocios civiles o criminales los individuos declarados legalmente pobres de solemnidad; para la segunda y posteriores fojas de toda especie de testimonios; para los libros i boletas de anotación de hipotecas i registros; para los libros de procuradores, de determinaciones de conciliación, juicios verbales, poderes que deben obrar en ellos i certificaciones respectivas, conforme a las leyes judiciales vigentes.
