El auto aprobatorio de la conciliación tendrá los alcances de un crédito judicialmente reconocido y efectos de cosa juzgada y, por ende, pondrá fin a todo proceso que se haya iniciado contra el Estado por los beneficiarios de la indemnización en relación con los hechos materia de la conciliación.
