º . Modifícase el artículo primero del Decreto 1386 de 2002, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 1º. El Ministerio del Interior brindará protección a alcaldes, diputados, concejales y personeros que por razón del ejercicio de sus cargos se encuentren en situación de riesgo contra su vida, integridad, seguridad o libertad. Este programa será coordinado por la Dirección General para los Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior".
