ARTICULO 156 . AUXILIO ESPECIAL POR FALLECIMIENTO. A la muerte de un miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, Director o Subdirector, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos por la ley, recibirán un salario mensual durante los tres (3) meses siguientes, de la entidad nominadora que le venía pagando al causante, y cuando sea en actos del servicio un salario mensual durante seis (6) meses. La ocurrencia de la muerte durante el servicio con ocasión del mismo, deberá establecerse mediante el diligenciamiento administrativo correspondiente.
