Cuando se encuentren depósitos de mercancías extranjeras en casas, bohíos, ranchos u otros puntos de la costa, que sean sospechosos por su proximidad a algún puerto, se considerarán tales mercancías como en el caso 2º del artículo 121, a menos que se compruebe la introducción legítima de los efectos.
