Operaciones de redescuento en Finagro. El artículo 4º de la Ley 676 de 2001 quedará así: " Artículo 4º. Los Fondos Ganaderos podrán redescontar recursos financieros ante Finagro para todas las modalidades crediticias establecidas dentro de los manuales de Finagro, que incidan en el fortalecimiento y desarrollo del sector agropecuario."
