Transporte. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 52 de la Ley 1475 de 2011, los sistemas masivos de transporte y las empresas de transporte público que tengan rutas y frecuencias u horarios autorizados en las áreas urbanas, veredales e intermunicipales, están obligadas a prestar servicio público de transporte con mínimo el ochenta por ciento (80%) de su parque automotor en el día de elecciones durante las horas de votación. Solo podrán cobrar las tarifas fijadas por la autoridad competente.
