La casa principal de la hacienda, junto con el lote aledaño cuya extensión habrá de fijar el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, se destinará para una granja-escuela de acuerdo con la organización que estimare conveniente el Ministerio. Para los gastos que hubiere necesidad de hacer, podrán utilizarse los mismos fondos destinados para la parcelación.
