El que realice actos que tiendan a menoscabar la integridad territorial de Colombia, a someterla en todo o en parte al dominio extranjero, a afectar su naturaleza de Estado soberano, o a fraccionar la unidad nacional, incurrirá en prisión de veinte (20) a treinta (30) años.
