La Empresa podrá adquirir en todo o en parte de acuerdo con el artículo 69, las Empresas o servicios telefónicos existentes en el país, celebrar los respectivos acuerdos sobre tarifas y conexiones de servicio con otras entidades y dar o tomar circuitos en arrendamiento.
