Subdirección Marítima y Fluvial. La Subdirección Marítima y Fluvial ejercerá las siguientes funciones: 16.1 Ejecutar las políticas, planes, programas y proyectos relacionados con la infraestructura marítima y fluvial y cumplir la regulación técnica establecida, así como la normatividad ambiental vigente. 16.2 Administrar integralmente los procesos de construcción, conservación, rehabilitación, balizaje, dragados y de seguridad en la infraestructura a su cargo. 16.3 Elaborar las especificaciones técnicas del proceso contractual de la infraestructura a su cargo. 16.4 Coordinar y evaluar la ejecución de los contratos y apoyar integralmente el proceso de supervisión contractual que ejecutan las direcciones territoriales. 16.5 Controlar, evaluar y hacer el seguimiento de los planes y proyectos a su cargo. 16.6 Las demás que le sean asignadas.
