Los contratos u operaciones de cualquier naturaleza a los que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto y que se encontraban vigentes en la fecha de expedición del Decreto número 2100 de 2011 se seguirán ejecutando en los términos inicialmente acordados, pero en el evento de que se prorrogue su vigencia, dicha prórroga deberá sujetarse a lo previsto en este Decreto.
