Consolidación de los asentamientos de origen informal . En los planes de ordenamiento territorial o en el acto administrativo expedido por el alcalde se podrá determinar total o parcialmente los asentamientos de origen informal o la parte de estos que se consideran áreas o predios urbanizados, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 2.3.1.1.1. del presente Decreto. También se podrán señalar las normas urbanísticas que deberán aplicarse en los trámites de licenciamiento urbanístico o actuaciones asociadas al espacio público, sin observancia de las normas del acto de legalización urbanística.
