En el Presupuesto Nacional de 1966, se incluirá la partida correspondiente a la completa ejecución de esta Ley. En caso de no hacerse, autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para abrir los créditos y hacer los traslados presupuestales que sean necesarios para su cumplimiento.
