PERTURBACION PSIQUICA. Si el daño consistiere en perturbación psíquica transitoria, el responsable incurrirá en prisión de dos (2) a siete (7) años y multa de cuatro mil a quince mil pesos. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de tres (3) a nueve (9) años de prisión y multa de cinco mil a treinta mil pesos.
