LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1.6.2.3.11.Administración y disposición de los bienes adjudicados a favor de la Nación. Para efectos de la administración y disposición de los bienes adjudicados a favor de la Nación en virtud de lo dispuesto en el inciso primero del artículo 840 del Estatuto Tributario y de conformidad con el Decreto 881 de 2007 y el artículo 20 de la Ley 1066 de 2006, se atenderá lo dispuesto en el presente capitulo.
