El Diario radicador es un libro columnario, con vigencia anual, foliado y rubricado en su iniciación y cierre por el Registrador, en el que se anotarán todos los títulos y documentos que se presenten al registro para su inscripción, estrictamente en el orden de su recibo en la oficina, con indicación de la fecha de éste.
