El Centro de Estudios Aeronáuticos - CEA, funcionará de acuerdo con la naturaleza jurídica de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil y su régimen académico se ajustará a lo previsto en el artículo 137 de la Ley 30 de 1992 , para efecto de impartir capacitación a nivel profesional que dé lugar al otorgamiento de títulos técnicos, universitarios y de especialización.
