Artículo sexto. Cuando el funcionario o funcionarios encargados de resolver sobre el derecho de sustitución pensional, no lo hicieren dentro de los términos previstos en las disposiciones anteriores, incurrirán en grave falta disciplinaria que el respectivo superior sancionará de oficio o a petición de los interesados. Si dejaren pasar un lapso igual al doble de dichos términos, incurrirán en mala conducta con sanción de destitución que será decretada del mismo modo.
