ART 212. El Administrador, Gerente ó Director de un Banco que no devuelva sus depósitos en las fechas del plazo estipulado en la imposición, ó el día en que sean reclamados por el depositante, caso de no ser impuestos á plazo fijo; ó que no pague al cliente los saldos de las cuentas corrientes á su cargo, será castigado con una multa igual al diez por ciento de la suma cuya entrega se demore.
