Los Jefes de Unidad Docente o Investigativa y los Subdirectores tendrán, además de las funciones señaladas en la ley, los reglamentos o los que les determine la autoridad competente, la de dictar por lo menos una cátedra regular, y les será aplicable el artículo 7» de este estatuto.
