El Gobierno podrá en cualquier tiempo disponer que se rectifique a costa del contratista, la medida a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y exceso o defecto que pudieren resultar serán tenidos en cuenta para fijar definitivamente la participación del Estado en las explotaciones respectivas, no solamente en lo relativo a las futuras liquidaciones, sino también en las que hubieren sido hechas con anterioridad a la nueva mesura.
