Registro de sanciones y estímulos. De todas las sanciones y estímulos impuestos o concedidos a los internos se tomará nota en el Sisipec, el cual deberá ser actualizado diariamente.

ARTICULO 138. REGISTRO DE SANCIONES Y ESTIMULOS. De todas las sanciones y estímulos impuestos o concedidos a los internos, se tomará nota en el prontuario o en la cartilla biográfica, firmada por el interno.
