º. Para obtener el levante de las mercancías enunciadas en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, deberá presentarse, además de los documentos señalados en las disposiciones vigentes, el registro de importación en el cual se acredite el visto bueno de que trata el artículo 3º. La falta de visto bueno en el registro de importación constituirá una causal adicional a las establecidas en las normas vigentes para rechazar el levante de la mercancía.
