INSPECCION ANTE MORTEM. Todo matadero para aves estará sometido a inspección sanitaria de las autoridades competentes. La inspección ante mortem se efectuará en la sección de recepción y deberá cumplirse según la reglamentación que para tal fin dicte el Ministerio de Salud.
