Adiciónese el inciso segundo al artículo 3.3.2.2.8. del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “Cuando las unidades de participación del fondo de capital privado se encuentren listadas en un sistema de negociación, la verificación de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 3.3.2.2.3. del presente decreto deberá ser realizada por el intermediario que participe en el proceso de negociación, el cual tendrá como cierta la información entregada por el inversionista.”.
