Convocatoria a la votación en las entidades territoriales. Los ciudadanos de la respectiva entidad territorial serán convocados a la votación para la revocatoria, por la Registraduría del Estado Civil correspondiente dentro de un término no superior a dos meses, contados a partir de la certificación expedida por la misma entidad.
