º . El artículo 19 del Decreto 2789 de 2004 quedará así: "Artículo 19. Información del pago al beneficiario final. Las entidades usuarias del SIIF Nación una vez han ordenado el pago al beneficiario, deberán informarle sobre la realización del mismo, para que este verifique el abono en cuenta. En caso que el beneficiario observe que el pago no se acreditó, deberá informarlo a la entidad".
