Art. 112. El periodo de duración de los Jueces de Circuito será de cuatro años contados desde el 1º de Enero siguiente a su elección. El periodo de los suplentes será de dos años contados de la misma manera.

Es aplicable á los Jueces de Circuito y sus suplentes lo que se dispone en el inciso 2º del artículo 94.
