º Para el ascenso al grado de Subteniente en el Ejército y Fuerza Aérea o Teniente de Corbeta en la Armada, se expedirá un solo decreto, el cual estará encabezado por el Alférez de la Escuela Militar o Guardiamarina de la Escuela Naval o Alférez de la Escuela de Aviación que haya obtenido el primer puesto en el Ejército, la Armada y la Fuerza Aérea. Este orden se rotará cada año entre las Fuerzas.
