Los escrutinios primarios del censo de población y la concentración en cuadros se harán en las capitales de los Departamentos y para las Intendencias y Comisarias en los lugares que determine la Contraloría General de la República. La Oficina Central del Censo hará la recolección final, escrutinios, publicación y explicaciones gráficas y deducciones comparativas a que hubiere lugar.
