Ley 37 de 1932 · Por la cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre asuntos bancarios y financieros

Prorrogase hasta el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de mil novecientos treinta y tres (1933), para todas las obligaciones no comprendidas en el artículo 2° de esta Ley, salvo para las contraídas del primero (1°) de julio de mil novecientos treinta y uno (1931) en adelante, el término de suspensión de los remates señalados en el artículo 7° del Decreto número 280 de mil novecientos treinta y dos (1932), suspensión que se aplicará tanto a los juicios ya iniciados como a los que se inicien durante la prórroga.

La suspensión se aplicará también a los casos de venta de la prenda comercial, agraria o industrial fuera de juicio.
