El presente Decreto rige a partir del diecisiete (17) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992) y deroga expresamente el artículo 1º del Decreto 1265 de 1975; y los Decretos 2479 de 1987, 2720 de 1988, 1680 de 1989 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
