Crease la Comisión Intersectorial para la Promoción y Efectividad de la Oralidad en el Régimen de Familia, Civil y Agrario encargada de coordinar, orientar y recomendar las normas, medidas y herramientas necesarias para poner en práctica la oralidad en esta área de la jurisdicción ordinaria, en todo el territorio nacional.
