Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 30 del presente Decreto, las deducciones e impuestos descontables de que tratan los artículos anteriores sólo podrán contabilizarse en el período, fiscal correspondiente a la fecha en que se hubiere causado el derecho y solicitarse en la declaración respectiva.
