Para conferir el título y entregar el diploma al graduando, el Ministro le exigirá, al terminar el examen, si estuviere presente, ó si no el Rector, juramento de obedecer la Constitución y leyes de la República, defender su independencia y libertad y sostener los fueros de la justicia.
